To be fair, NES DuckTales is a fantastic game. In general, there's an inversion to The Problem With Licensed Games where licensed games are terrible, unless they're made by Capcom for the NES in which case they're amazing. (Okay, NES-era Konami had some good ones, too--I like their take on Bucky O'Hare, for example.) I think their biggest strengths were their tendency to play fast and loose with any sort of faithfulness at all to the source material if it would stand in the way of just making something fun, and their always-outstanding NES music (which is why IWBTG borrowed the DuckTales moon theme before it suddenly turned into another Capcom NES classic, Mega Man 2.)

There would be a bit of a learning curve since Scrooge's greatest asset is the do-anything-depending-on-context cane (pogo stick, golf club, etc.) but if he figured out Little Nemo....
