Whitney and I have just arrived in the flat. You just wouldn't believe how huge it is. And the best bit is that someone has a wireless network set up next door and hasn't secured it.

It's looking a bit empty at the moment, though. Objective for today: Get a bed.

Um, that's about all the useful commentage I had to make. Oh yeah, beds: if you can wait for it to be delivered, overstock.com is where I got my bed and it was really nice and not bank-breaky.

What part of Boston are you in?

We're in Brookline, to the southwest.

And we have furniture now, so the flat is a lot more comfortable.

Reminds me of when we moved into here...for the first few nights we squished into a single bed...made me wonder how we ever managed it at St Andrews.

When you're all settled in, and Chris and I have some time off, we'd love to come down for a visit...

We'd love that too - and we're almost at the stage where the apartment looks like an apartment and not a big empty room with some cables in it.
