David is this handled. It is on the list of JIRAs that might could stop upgrade to R5 because CLIENT no I cannot determine from what info is available that is no longer applies or manners or is to be concerned about?

I went with a polite "Possibly". Because we're well past the point where "Dear IT person - are you aware that this makes no sense?" would make much of a difference.

At this point, I believe the proper response is "Syntax error". (Technically it's a grammar error, but when did that ever stop DOS?) These people seem more used to communicating with computers than people, so maybe if you respond like a computer, you'll be able to communicate more easily. (Yaay bizarre 'logic'!)

If this person didn't have to be told what "Upload" means and how to get on to an FTP server, I would have more confidence that they were more used to communicating with computers than people. As it is, I'm not sure why they're even there - or who can provide a translation service.

I rushed out of Moonside. RUSHED. I was really low on health and convinced I was going to die if I got into any more battles - plus, Paula and Jeff were unconscious.

I ran randomly around and managed to make it out first time. Oddly enough. I hadn't even a clue what to do either!
