I'm not sure how much longer I can cope with these constant reminders that I live in a country where it's generally accepted that people need to be told things at this sort of level.
It's one of the reasons I live my daily life on the general assumption that any given person I'm dealing with, unless I know it to be a fact otherwise, doesn't have a damned clue about anything they're doing in life: Far more often than not, I seem to be right. *facepalm*
This is pretty much why I don't enjoy television here - not just for its actual content (although that would make a pretty ideal secondary reason) but for the reason that it seems to treat me like an utter moron whenever it's on.
This advert, I think, was attempting to lend some light-heartedness to the usual disclaimer - later on, it says something along the lines of "Or do barrel rolls - really, do not attempt". Which raises the slightly different question of why, when making an advert for a truck that can't snowboard, you would base it around showing off its snowboarding abilities.

And, of course, underneath it, was "Dramatization". AS IF WE NEED TO BE TOLD THAT OUR SOAP DOES NOT CONTAIN TINY PEOPLE D:
