Prince of Persia - The Alternative Version

I can't even remember how I got to this video, but this is an... indescribable retelling of the first Prince of Persia by a young rabbit called Danbuster. It's a bit like having a dream about the game where everything slowly tilts towards total madness... it has hits and misses (I would recommend skipping ahead to the gameplay where it really gets good), but the sort of Bruce Lee fight in the thumbnail (15 minutes in) and the new ending had my eyes watering.

I made it to the Mr-Bean-Prince-regeneration-after-death before losing it. :P Also, the angry-princess sprite conveys a surprising amount of menace for having so few pixels to work with! :P

I really am (although its content might be a little stranger than it used to be). I'm doing fine - I can't even remember how long it's been! I live in Boston now and work for a medical data company, and I'm still writing music and everything :)

Nine years thereabouts, I think, since 2005 or so. I'm still around here and there, but I've dropped out of alot of communities as the net has made its way to Web 2.0 and older stuff like LJ, IRC and forums stopped mattering. These days its all about Facebook and Twitter.. thats why I'm amazed that you still update this regularly, I'll have to start reading it again!

Facebook and Twitter are definitely more active but nothing interesting ever happens on them! This was the place where people who actually had things to say wrote things - and unfortunately that's dropped off quite severely recently. Even I have let the majority of my posts take the back seat to making updates on my videos and so on.
