In case nobody else found out: I went through and got the 18G item from the Spider Bake Sale after we did this. They give you a jug of Spider Cider.

Which, apparently, is to Spiders what Apple Cider is to Apples.

Oh~ Those are water sausages. I remember being a kid, and there was a vase with them much like at Torriel's home. I never knew what they were called. . . . I remember laying on the floor next to it, and seeing something inside. I told my mom about it, and she pulled out a piece of jewelry, which she thought had been lost forever. Hmm. . . .

The burp after the fight with Vegetoid was genius. :P

I really want to like Toriel, because she's such a nice character... and yet, she's going to turn into one of those overbearing motherly figures that's gonna make things awkward for us "for our own good", isn't she? This game's cruelty is subtle, giving you an opponent that you can't defeat not because you're not leveled-up enough, but because you don't actually want to hurt her...

Also, I d'aww'ed at the thought of leaving money and then spiders giving you a donut. :) I know it's made with spiders, but you're underground and you've got to make do with what you've got; trees don't get enough sunlight to grow well here. Just look at the one in Toriel's front garden.

Is it me, or is Hato's t-shirt changing colour when she walks, from blue to pink and back to blue again?
