Stumbling together through Portal 2 - Level 1

Opening a new Stumbling series to juggle in parallel with all the other Stumbling series that I have going at the moment! I think I'm just a Youtube video producer now. It's hard to believe my hesitant uploading of Snake, Rattle and Roll a couple of years ago would lead to this, isn't it?

This one is with Quadralien, and the situation is opposite from the Unreal Tournament 3 videos - he has played the cooperative mode before (though this doesn't help as much as you might think) and I haven't. The first few test chambers are meant to be for finding your feet and getting used to cooperating, though this doesn't stop us from experiencing a few near misses.

My first though: Ah! This will be horrific.

My second thought: Oh. . it's the multiplayer. . .

I can't exactly whine about it anymore, because I actually got to play the muliplayer a few weeks ago. Though I've seen so many players play it now, that I knew some of the solutions faster than the person I was playing with whom had already played through the co-op campaign. It's okay. It's strange how quickly every player forgets there are "pings;" and I didn't even know about the countdown tool. If you're looking for a game in a similar style, though one in which your advisor is not trying to kill you, then you can check out Magrunner next weekend :)

It's so odd hearing.... "another David"! All the cultural references and expressions I've gotten used to thinking of as exclusively yours..... there really is a whole island of Davids over there! ;)

And yes, I was just thinking that, about the "youtube producer" thing! You're now one of those content creators who I've always enjoyed :D Along those lines.... are you running ads? :)

Goes over to America, becomes a movie producer, it's always the same story.

I do think not everyone on this island is quite like that. Though I was surprised to bump into a guy at my uni, from Inverurie who does sound exactly like David.

Yes, absolutely. But seriously, this guy, who went to the same secondary school as me does actually sound a lot like you. More so than any member of your family I've met!

I've got similiar problems. I have an accent that doesn't really sound like it's from anywhere, although occasionally I get "Canadian". I did have a kid from the East end of London telling me I had a strong American accent. Which the others present strongly mocked him for saying.
