Deep inside the emptiness, what to come to find

I had a dream about that dancing robot from the Nori Nori Nori video last night.

Thankfully I can't remember any more details than that. Actually, looking back through this journal, I see that I originally thought that that song was entitled "Namu Namu Namu". According to Soul Calibur 2, which is not the best Japanese reference but the only one I have, that word means "May there be mercy on your soul". I'm not sure how they managed to fit all that meaning in to four letters, but it's appropriate to my recent musical tragedy.

They finally changed the oil in the fryer at work! Whoops, I wasn't supposed to tell you that. No, the kitchen's always perfectly hygienic-ish. Actually, it's like having entirely new fryers, rather than the boiling river of fat that we used to cook everything in. I'm surprised at how much use that it gets - it seems that you can just throw anything in there and it'll come out cooked and unhealthy (as evidenced by the KFB).

Now, one of my old school friends has just phoned me, there are a few people meeting up in Oscars down the road. I never wanted to set foot in that place, but to meet up with friends I haven't seen in a year, I'll boldly go where no man has gone before.
