That sounds almost as if someone has taken the idea of the toastie bag - a bag which you put a sandwich inside, so that you can then heat it up in the toaster without getting the electrics covered in toastie run-off - then dumbed it down even further. Actually, if you're eating this kind of stuff, you could probably make a nicer, and possibly cheaper, dinner by putting together a sandwich and then microwaving it.
