Lost in Spacechem to roam forever

I've been meaning to post about the... remarkable game called Spacechem for some time - it's a programming game that's like a cross between ZZT and a train set - but for now, I think it can be summed up adequately by saying that this is what it does to you.


(I'm sorry about the mess, especially if you dare to click to zoom in - I'm aware that my desk is a complete tip even without the various sticky notes showing plans for reactor sequences and their functions strewn all over, around and on the monitors. I've fallen behind a bit in tidying up my papers during the Christmas period!)

That is not a messy desk. At work, I typically need to put on a mission impossible harness to get over the piles of crap on my desk just to type on the keyboard.

I used to dislike keyboard trays for sliding about too much while you were trying to type, but this one is definitely necessary by now, keeping the keyboard safe from the pile of stuff that accumulates there.

Now every time you write a comment I'm going to imagine it having been typed while suspended from the ceiling.

Unless I am typing at home, like this, where my netbook sits on top of my old laptop. For this, you should picture a Velociraptor typing as the smaller keyboard forces my carms together and my hands to elbow inclination is about 25-30 degrees. XD
