Iron Will, a one-shot character from an episode of MLP:FiM. Imagine Hulk Hogan doing a self-confidence/assertiveness seminar and you've pretty much got him pegged.
Not as scary the mental image that I had when minotaur-wrestling was mentioned, but then again, for some reason the first thing that "minotaur" brings to mind for me is a Cyberdemon from the DooM series. :[
