I had a dream where I saw the Earth...

Soon, my computer will be on its way back to Inverurie, so I'd better clean all the dodgy files off it (as if I would have any... yes), write this out and pack it up.
I spent the morning packing, but I've made no real progress so far. Paulette came round so that we could exchange some things, and I got a screwdriver out of it. It's got a red handle and everything - something to add to my Utility Jacket. Just before 2pm the Internet decided to go down, with a remarkable sense of timing, as that was when we were supposed to be heading to Dundee for bowling. It was just Richard, Amanda and I in the end.
In the first game, I accumulated a score of fifty-three. Yes, 53. Even three-year old children can do better than that, using their left hand (well, weak hand, no offence to any left-handed people that read this) and blindfolded. The machine was so appalled by my inability that it broke down after my first frame, but I did get better and nearly won the second game, only to be beaten by Amanda at the last minute.
We also practically destroyed a couple of their air-hockey tables as well - the kind that actually blow air out of them, unlike in the Union. They were also quite a bit smaller, I think - they weren't really suited to our rather frantic style of play.
Back to St Andrews, and I wandered around the town for a bit getting a Father's Day present and a few supplies for Donington this weekend, including a six-pack of the biggest rip-off in the world (i.e. bottled water). It was awkward carrying that back to the hall, I think it stretched both my arms by at least six inches each. Even now my hands feel inclined to shoot up towards the ceiling as I type this.
I was given a link to a great German parody of The Matrix today. You can find the homepage here.
Now, some of you will have seen some (or all) of these already, but now that I won't be taking any more quotes, I'll put the whole lot up. Happy reading.
The Über-Quote Log
I'll draw your attention to the very last one...
[Wong] AMH sucks at the Internet.
[Prophet_Tenebrae] lol.
[Prophet_Tenebrae] to be fair, it was uni wide.
[Prophet_Tenebrae] so st. andrews sucks at the internet.
And I'm looking forward to coming back to this Internet-sucking place next year. Have a good summer, everyone. I think that's pretty much it. It's been a good year, and I'll see you all in the Union tonight.
