Well, that was rather a long evening. Shortly after going along to the ChemSoc Christmas party and finding all the doors locked, I went down another route in the building to find myself on the wrong side of the common room (that building is laid out so awkwardly). Phil soon turned up and we hammered on the glass together until they let us in.
I didn't stay long, though (the food, however, was rather nice) and instead headed back here. Soon afterwards I decided to go and meet
dunqn and Steveo in the Union, where we had a few games of pool. I found it amazing how much Duncan looks like Simon Deans, someone I knew in school, but he's practically running Tesco in Inverurie at the moment so he's not likely to have come down here under a false identity. That was a daft thing to type, I must be tired. So I am. Anyway, it was good to put faces to your names at last, you two.
Oh, and no DDR tonight - I managed to resist the temptation as my left foot is still blistered. I'm aiming for a collapsed lung next.
