Well, we phoned the bank two days ago and the loan officer said that our lawyer wasn't on the list of approved lawyers that he got from the bank so if we used her in combination with them as our lenders we would have to pay extra because of using a lawyer from the bank as well but yesterday he contacted us again and told us that they could approve an external real estate lawyer after all as long as we specified the name of the lawyer that we were using when we started the mortgage application that we need to do soon and then the bank would ask for the contact details of that lawyer when they approved the application and everything would be all right from there.
