I felt this was worth documenting. In the supermarket car park on a windy morning, I saw a driver finish loading their car and then shove the trolley vaguely in the direction of the return cage (which was all of a few yards away). It didn't make it in, and instead came to rest in the disabled parking space.
By this point I was in the car, and I watched them get into theirs and start the engine. It was then that a sudden gust of wind caught the trolley and sent it rolling violently back across the car park where it smashed into their rear headlight.
I have not been able to stop laughing for eight hours.
