Oh, we played this one a few months ago and I really liked it. I agree though, it's not really scary, but it definitely has its eerie moments. I think the creepiest part was how his apartment kept getting freakier and freakier, and he would get hurt if he went in certain parts. I think that made the whole game really unsettling, because you start out thinking that you have this safe home base but eventually even that is a menacing, dangerous place. Plus I still think the Silent Hill film is one of the creepiest ever (though it may just be the girl - the only other film I've seen her in is also incredibly unsettling [Tidelands]).
