I don't feel comfortable typing this in the HTML window for some reason... I usually construct my entries in the safe environment of Notepad.

More algorithms in Computer Science. I'll need the lecture notes for those, as it's part of the practical tomorrow. Fortunately I did Sorting Algorithms for my Higher project, so it should be easy.

I managed to correct Dr Glidewell in Chemistry, which I was immensely proud of - normally I'm not awake enough to do that. I couldn't stop laughing to myself when he was talking about diagrams where "we've just twiddled the axes around", though. Imagine the most John Major-ish, boring man in the world saying that and you'll understand why it's so funny... or maybe not.

And I had my first Boiling Things practical. Being colourblind is a fairly major obstacle while using Methyl Orange indicator - fortunately the project I'm doing just now is the longest one, and they'll get a lot easier afterwards. Also, my locker is on the top floor of the building and I have to climb three flights of stairs to get to it, as opposed to the "right outside the lab" location that I had last year. The number is 467, and there's no way I can interpret "23" out of that.

We watched Black Books after dinner, which was very well received - as my brother said, it's one of the best programmes ever made, and so far the last great British comedy. Shame that Chris didn't stay around for the four episodes.

I had a rather interesting talk with Donald, as well... I'm glad that I'm not being paranoid, and that people do "seem to give me a lot of stick about everything". Not now, I know - it's all past now. Angst angst angst. More sugar please.
