Feeling some enthusiasm for actually working on something (along with a bout of PC Plus nostalgia) return to me, I cobbled this together this evening. It runs on levels from external files, or at least it will once I coerce the Java runtime into doing so. You can collect hearts but can't hurt yourself, so jump around and try to write rude words in the breakable blocks. Completely faked ASCII, obviously, since you asked.

I might work it up into something more coherent, I might not. Apologies to Neil Drage, and also to any ZZTers for the yellow border.
