Questing through the nine plains of hell
May. 5th, 2003 08:54 pmYes, I was inspired to download this by the quiz in my first entry. I was somewhat surprised to find that it was over sixteen minutes long - it's decent enough, but unlike Iron Maiden's Rime of the Ancient Mariner (13:35) it doesn't really hold my attention for the whole duration. Sounds a bit like the soundtrack of Doom.
Updated three times today... well, anyway. After lunch I did get the CH1006 work done and e-mailed it off. I then worked through acres of lab reports and was beaten in a three-way game of Starcraft by
plette, though I'm learning slowly.
I got a packed dinner from lunch, but ended up going to Empire anyway. Paulette seems upset about her library fine (£13, which seems incredibly harsh) but Chris should be able to put her right with his inevitable "You'll be fine" jokes. He's a hero, really. And speaking of heroes, Donald has now gone for the year.
[Wong_Chung_Bang] ...you are coming back next year?
[Ama_monty] ...st andrews wouldnt be the same without him
[Donald_packing] yes, I am
[colacube] the town would be a lot more sober
[Ama_monty] sober but not as fashionable
