It is - there was a game that I'm told was somewhat important on a couple of days ago, and even though by the time there were two minutes to go I was still asking "Are we blue or white?", I was amazed by how those phantom lines could be overlaid so seamlessly on the pitch even as the camera panned around and changed angles. I think it might actually be the single American invention that I've been most impressed with.
