> Hi Dr. Chiropactor, [Do you have any appointments available?]
> I can see you next Tuesday at 11:30-12:30 for an initial appointment, during which I will take history, examine, and treat (as indicated). My preliminary impression, judging from your gmail picture, is that your problem comes from your ears.

I am not sure if I have ever been this simultaneously anxiety-paralyzed and charmed. :D

(Remind me to do some gmail-related experiments with you soon...!)

Um... what? :P

I thought chiropractors worked on your back... is one of your ears larger (and thus, heavier) than the other, and thus putting undue pressure on your spine, or something? Certainly your ears appeared to be... traditional when we met last year. :P

The doc was going off his Gmail account image, which, if memory serves, is the same as the icon he's using in this post.

I've got two gmail addresses, but I can send from both of them via one login -- I just want to make sure that the icon that comes up is relative to the address chosen, not the account logged into :P

I recently had a professional e-mail posting at work where their icon was Pinkie Pie.

I couldn't really take it seriously at that point.
