I was on my way back from a walk around Inverurie this afternoon, and went in to the tiny music shop on the corner of the high street just to see if they had the new Iron Maiden album, released today. To my lasting surprise, they did have it - they must have a fan on the staff - and I've given it a listen. I'll have to go through it a few more times before I really decide, but it seems pretty good, better than the last one. It was a bit much to be expecting another Powerslave, though.

And the cover artwork is rather appalling, particularly the baby on the white wolf-thing... come to think of it, it could be an episode of Reboot gone badly wrong.

They're getting better... but the Germans are still in the lead <¦-)
