The Golfstream Saga
Dec. 17th, 2003 08:19 amI know no one will get the joke of that topic line. That's fine by me.
You all know how much I like living with the people at the end of Corridor 70-77, which is not a lot. Well, late last night, when they had their music on loud enough to be heard from A-Block (and probably New Hall as well, to be honest) I finally got up the courage to call the porter up to ask them to keep the noise down. It wasn't even very good music, unlike mine and Donald's. Well, mine. Anyway, all was quiet for about half an hour, and then one of them had the bright idea of playing golf, but by then I was too tired to care.
I don't understand them. This morning it seems that #73 has had his door open and the light on all night - sometimes they leave their rooms wide open for ages with no one being there.
And now, time for a tutorial with James the Vague. Actually, a better plan would be to jump off the Melville roof.
I'll probably come back as a golf ball.
