I think Kamelot have proved me wrong... love songs _can_ be good if they're done in the right way.
I've already finished with my classes for the day after they lasted about half an hour in total. That won't last long, though - as I predicted, today was just "Here's the timetable and everything you already know from last semester, now go away". Chemistry didn't even have a lab this afternoon. They're on Tuesday and Friday this time... I've always kept Friday free before, but there's no choice this semester.
I realised about five minutes before leaving that I hadn't actually prepared for any classes, so I just had to dump things out of a couple of folders and grab paper from the printer. I bought a healthy supply of pens after the CS2002 induction, though - it's my firm belief that the more pens you have in your lab coat pocket, the more important you look. I'd better check if my lab coat's still there, in fact, I honestly can't remember what I did with it a couple of months ago.
Having said all that, CS have decided to set a practical for this week. Happily, though, it's just a "learning to use the system" practical again. I found this instruction rather strange:
Open the file text.java and continue writing a simple Java program... Include at least 2 bugs of your choice.
Well, if the others are like that then I won't be complaining. I can create bugs fantastically.
