212,286 seconds and counting...
Sep. 16th, 2004 12:49 amWhen I checked my e-mail this afternoon, I was surprised to find the inbox fuller than it has been in years (apart from when this happened - a slight mistake on the part of the scripter of The Daily Click, I think) because of the vast response to the question about waking up the computer. It seems I'm the only right arrow presser, but similarly there are a couple of Shift and Space pressers. By far the majority are mouse wigglers. There, now you know.
I annoyed Jamie a bit by comandeering his computer to have another go at Prince, as I'd learned about a shortcut I didn't know about the night before. My time's been whittled down (up?) to 40:22 left now, which leaves me 2 minutes and 6 seconds off the world record. (Coincidentially, that's the same time that I am away from the world record in the 100 metres.)
I did attempt to post something on the Sinner about meeting up on Saturday, but it's been a bit drowned out by other posts at the moment. I'll be in the Union from about four, most likely - in the games room, as per usual.
