Look at all this!



My parents have come to visit the Boston area for a couple of weeks. They brought this pile of essential supplies - frankly I'm surprised that they managed to fit it into their luggage, or convince customs to let it all through. They're amazing.

I promise, you have no concept of how much you're going to miss these until they're no longer available. And I plan to ration my way through the cereal for the next eight months.

Do they not have Kellogs Crunchy Nut cereal over there? That might be a slightly stupid question, but we have them here and I thought if they were in Australia and the UK, they would be in America too. Or at least a near subtitute. I don't recall seeing the other items before, though.

You can get Crunchy Nut-esque cereal on the continent, too (in fact there's about a billion cereals in France, you'll get anything) so how can America not have it?

What I find more horrifying is that they don't have anything like digestives, chocolate or otherwise. Is the biscuit situation really that bad that digestives are welcome?
