Thankfully, Dr Richens accepted the samples for the last CH2101 experiment as OK this time, so I've finished all the projects until Reading Week. Now I just need to write them up.

Everyone's costumes were pretty impressive at the Halloween party - I was surprised by how many people 'got' my Eddie outfit. We moved from AMH to the Union pretty early on, though, as the music was becoming unbearable (though I did improve matters at one point by distracting the DJ at a crucial moment, decreasing the volume from "hellishly loud" to "barely audible"). But where were you, Chris? You seemed to just vanish off the face of the Earth.

Did the usual in the Union - playing DDR, watching others play DDR. I've noticed quite a few people who are rather good now, in fact - if the DDR contest goes ahead there'll be stiff competition.

I walked Karriz home (yes, I asked her how to spell her name on the way back from the Union). Also, we were talking about her boyfriend - just asked who he was on the off-chance that I knew him from Aberdeen - and she, like others, happened to mention to me that I'm just too nice and that people would view me as just a friend rather than a potential boyfriend. Is that _everyone's_ attitude?

You are too nice Dave, but for obvious reasons I could only view you as a friend :P I'm still of the opinion that all meaningful relationships come out of a friendship. Although obviously that isn't always the case.
