Heh, yes, you would be correct - although whether or not fishtanks, a music recording studio, an oven and a fireplace constitute 'improvements' to a car is rather up for debate. :P
Okay, I'm glad someone else explained that one. I didn't know what it was from until recently either. My work system isn't too bad by itself, but it requires me to connect to a phone system in one state and a desktop in another, so if a squirrel sneezes near my cable box I get booted and usually miss 30 minutes - 4 hours.
I should say as a sort of... advance warning, as you recently started following me... as a general rule, I know nothing about anything to do with America, and the four years of my life since I moved here have been passed in a perpetual state of confusion - the stream of "What's that?" and "What's your word for X?" and "I don't understand" has not abated at all. (The whole living in a black hole of popular culture is a separate problem)
