Hatoful Holidaystar - Story 1 Part 2

The Holidaystar voicing project is progressing at a rate of knots, and we've produced nearly three and a half hours of video already. Not all of that is the main game, as we're gradually discovering that it seems to be split up into multiple different sub-sections with four main stories and a variety of bonuses. Unless there's something deeper lurking in the game that gradually reveals itself just as you think you've hit the base of the abyss. Actually, let's not think about that.

For the moment, this is the second part of the first episode, "The Christmas Thieves Attack!" This is a much shorter chapter than the last one, but contains some great laughs - and also introduces kjorteo as the Christmas Thieves Voice, also known as The Scariest Thing Ever.

Merry Christmas!

Help me remember, since I am evidently incapable of leaving any bit of pathos unturned (and since I actually seem to have found a way to top Sakuya in the "can an outrageously stupid and ridiculous voice actually work in sad weighty scenes" dilemma) that I want to go back and do the Christmas Thieves' flashback again, now that we know from hindsight that the narration was actually theirs. Nothing too lengthy or anything, just, you know, a quick "load right at the scene break between the tank fight and the post-capture "why did you do this" bit" deal, so we can run through that one scene again, just because I want to try it...!

Unrelated to post but I just went to the Lizard (southern most point in UK) and passed the village of Helston. Why am I telling you this? well when I went past the 'you are now entering...' sign it said Helston (funnily enough) and said 'home of the 'furry' dance'. I did not get a chance to snap a pic so found it online instead.

I did not even notice the picture so had to come back and look. Although I think the figure may be archangel Michael rather than human.

Yes, this sign raises... multiple questions! Such as what on earth the "Furry" dance is, whether they realize its implications, and how Michael the Archangel was involved in its creation.
