Well, for me cooking is a lot of fun, but I have also made it a priority to cook efficiently and in bulk. My college years were very tight and mostly involved learning how to properly dissect expired convenience store sandwiches. Even if everything else is tough, a good meal can carry you through a lot. You can tolerate baked pasta and burritos every day if it's flavorful enough!
