I'm back from the "meeting". Guess what? There was no one in. I've e-mailed Kenneth instead - as you'll notice, using one of his own favourite weapons against him.

I've just been down to the general office to avail the "Resident's Advice
Service" that was advertised on one of the corridor notice boards (it
doesn't seem to have been publicized very well - might it be possible to
place this in a more prominent position so that more residents are aware of
it?) but found no one in, even after waiting around for a while and also
trying the porter's office. There were a number of issues that I wanted to
raise about the hall - did I just appear at the wrong time?

I'll try again on Wednesday.
