Crystal Towers 2 - More drawing
Feb. 6th, 2011 08:30 pmI opened up Crystal Towers 2 again to do some artwork that I'd been avoiding, and I feel the need to show some of these off now that I seem to have miraculously grown the ability to do things that look half-decent. I also remembered that I had forgotten to reactivate the choice of the player colour ever since I released the demo thirteen months ago, so that's back in now.

That last one is a set of sausage rolls manufactured from available materials, that I showed Whitney how to make this lunchtime, using all my knowledge from when I worked at Kintore Lake (formerly Kintore Golf Club). We did it in preparation for America's sports event of the year, which is a string of high-budget adverts for really oversized cars or dreadful beer interrupted occasionally by some people in helmets that run about apparently at random on a stripey pitch, while being talked over by a couple of commentators called Biff and Hank. Not that I'm watching any of this, but it seemed the right thing to do somehow.
