They seem to be under the impression that the prevalence of mobile phone texting and the buttons that are used for it somehow makes people abhor any system of greater ease. Clearly, the average consumer is just completely baffled by keyboard layouts. "Qwerty... what does that mean???" Cue them throwing the remotes in frustration and then using their mobile phones to twitter about the injustice of it all.
