Whenever I see one of these on the front door from a distance, I always have the most irrational pang of panic that somebody's issued my house a parking ticket.

For this card to be relevant to you, you need to be at the exact point in your life where you're starting to look for places to move to but haven't yet thought about the sale of your current home... I imagine their miss rate is pretty high.
