Ryouta, the Cafe and Macedonia
Oct. 18th, 2012 06:57 pmThis is a great part because it's got a lot of me in it due to the absurd cafe section, and the way that even though this is the second time we've seen it, everyone contributes their own unique take on the events within! After that, there's an extended discussion about birds in spoons - I didn't actually know at the time that yakitori is usually specifically skewered chicken, which presumably explains Ryouta's reaction to our protagonist saying she was hungering after it. After that, we go off and invade Macedonia.
There seem to be a worryingly high number of impressions of me in this part as people contribute their own lines to scenes - one for Dapperbeaks, and two for Kazuaki (one of which is undeniably in the Pidgeworth voice and one from frankly goodness knows where). It makes me think about what would happen if we did a bizarro-version of a route with everyone's characters swapped!

4:30 Birds and insanity
5:00 Electricity and a ceiling
6:45 Ryouta instead

Date: 2012-10-18 11:45 pm (UTC)I was able to make a rough Googlefish'd translation of the sign below the Chik-Fil'd-Ladle pic.
"Chick
Salvation
Fun"
I'm guessing it's some sort of charity drive for helping orphaned birdies?
Either that or it's some Hatoverse version of the traditional "scoop up a goldfish and take it home as a pet" game....

Date: 2012-10-20 12:00 am (UTC)I mean, I sort of played into it myself by saying that my voice doesn't actually change when I try to do the Pidgeworth one - but it does if I really concentrate and exaggerate it ;)
