It happens every time - I think of everything that I'm going to include in the next LJ update, then sit down in front of the computer and instantly forget the lot. I'll start again.
I think it's fair to say that no one understands Spectroscopy, or Hydroscopy or any of the permutations. Last Thursday afternoon was my first afternoon class of the year, on that very subject. Sitting for two hours in a boiling lecture theatre (I typed "theater" at first. I really have to stop doing that.) while being asked a lot of impossible questions isn't the best of times.
Karaoke night came afterwards, but I just hung around the DDR machine for most of the time. Sleigh and I had a go at it - he was right, quite a substantial audience gathered round while I was playing. It's such a useless thing to be good at, though, isn't it? If I was good at either Chemistry or Computing that'd be nice.
And I played Jeremy at Vampire Night as well, which is one of the most brilliantly cheesy light gun games ever. I left early with Karris, whose name I've already forgotten how to spell, to go back to Liying's room. Stayed there for a while as she needed a hand with her Chemistry - she's doing well, though. I barely understand chemistry as it is, if it was in a foreign language I'd be completely lost.
TDC is back up, I was pleasantly surprised to see this on the front page. http://www.create-games.com (It may well have moved down a bit by now, but look for my Internet name and it'll be obvious.) I also found one of my MODs in a "Best of February 2003" list, which inflated my ego to magnificent proportions.
I need to revise how to do inheritance again (it's a Computing thing). I managed to nearly complete this week's practical in the space between lectures apart from that little detail.
I'm not feeling good about life at the moment... but I don't know why. Pretty much everything's going well. It seems I'm fine one minute and then down the next. I should probably sleep more.
