Tonight, I put together a chicken korma, with an imported Patak's simmer sauce and rice boiled in stock for some added flavour.



Absolutely nothing remarkable happened at all.

Now go away.

You could overcook the rice which would make it soggy. the rice does appear to be glistening so maybe was waterlogged.

Look Mr. Grossman, this was all perfectly all right - the rice that we have around just now does have a tendency to come out slightly... damper than normal (and I do mean slightly), but I think that considering the source, this is a more than competent meal!
